Ingredients
  

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 6 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce
  • 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Red chili flakes to taste
  • Fresh basil to garnish
  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • 1 Baking Sheet For baking the naan pizzas
  • 1 Parchment Paper Prevents sticking and helps crisp the base
  • 1 Pizza Cutter For slicing the pizza
  • 1 Spoon For spreading pizza sauce
  • 1 Oven or Air Fryer For cooking the flatbread pizza

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
  2. Place naan breads on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each naan leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite pizza toppings evenly.
  6. Season with oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges become golden.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
  9. Slice and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Preheating the baking tray before adding the naan helps create extra crispy pizza crust underneath.
