Notes

For the most tender Crispy Sesame Beef, slice the beef as thinly as possible before cooking, which helps it stay juicy and cook evenly. Fry the beef in small batches rather than overcrowding the pan, as this ensures a crispy, golden coating on every piece. The sauce thickens very quickly once heated, so keep a close eye on it and avoid overcooking to prevent it from becoming too thick. For the best flavor and texture, serve the dish immediately while the beef is still hot and crispy and the sauce is perfectly glossy.
