  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup red onion sliced
  • ½ cup banana peppers

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain, rinse, and cool.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  4. Combine pasta, meats, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and banana peppers.
  5. Pour dressing over the mixture and toss.
  6. Fold in lettuce just before serving.
  7. Chill for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve cold.
