Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season.
  2. Coat with egg and cornstarch.
  3. Fry until golden and crispy.
  4. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
  5. Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar and mix.
  6. Add chicken and toss until fully coated.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For the crispiest results, keep the oil at a steady medium-high temperature while cooking, as this helps create a golden, crunchy exterior without making the food greasy. Keep in mind that the sauce will continue to thicken as it cools, so it’s best not to over-reduce it while cooking. Feel free to adjust the sweetness or saltiness to match your personal taste preferences.
