  • 2 tbsp water

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the honey garlic sauce.
  5. Add sauce to skillet and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  7. Divide rice among bowls.
  8. Add chicken and vegetables.
  9. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve immediately.
