  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Biscoff Filling
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • Garnish
  • 4 crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 2 tbsp melted cookie butte

Method
 

  1. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and cookie butter until smooth.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture.
  4. Arrange a layer of Biscoff cookies in the baking dish.
  5. Spread a layer of filling over the cookies.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  7. Finish with a layer of filling on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top.
  10. Drizzle with melted cookie butter
  11. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill the dessert overnight for the best texture and flavor as it allows everything to set properly. Use cold heavy cream for easier whipping and a light, fluffy consistency. Be careful not to overmix the filling to keep it smooth and airy. Store it covered in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. You can add sliced bananas for extra flavor and a fruity twist.
