Method
 

  1. Mix oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and melted chocolate.
  3. Stir wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Add a splash of milk if needed for consistency.
  5. Press mixture into a lined pan.
  6. Smooth the top evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  8. Slice into bars.
  9. Serve or store chilled.
