Notes

For the best One-Pan Chicken Fajitas, cook over high heat to develop a rich, smoky flavor and achieve a slight char on the chicken and vegetables. Be careful not to overcook the vegetables, as they should remain tender-crisp and retain their natural sweetness. A squeeze of fresh lime juice just before serving brightens the dish and enhances all the flavors. To ensure even cooking, slice the chicken into uniform strips so that every piece cooks at the same rate and stays juicy and tender.
