  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 200 g sashimi-grade salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • Nori strips
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook sushi rice and let it cool.
  2. Cut salmon into cubes.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add rice to serving bowl.
  5. Top with salmon and vegetables.
  6. Drizzle sauce and garnish.
  7. Serve immediately.
