Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • 1 Small Bowl Used for preparing the salad dressing.
  • 1 Chef’s Knife Used to chop vegetables and ingredients.
  • 1 Cutting Board Used for preparing and cutting ingredients.
  • 1 Peeler Used for peeling vegetables if required.
  • 1 Measuring Cups Used to measure ingredients accurately.
  • 1 Measuring Spoons Used for measuring sauces and seasonings.

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain, rinse, and cool completely.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  4. Combine pasta, shrimp, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use medium or large shrimp for the best texture and taste. Fresh lemon juice adds a refreshing flavor to the salad. Chill the Shrimp Pasta Salad before serving to enhance its taste and provide the best results.
