  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Sushi Rice
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Bowl
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 sheet nori sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Bowl  Used to mix spicy tuna.
  • 1 Rice Cooker or Pot Used to cook sushi rice.
  • 1 Small Bowl Used to season rice.
  • 1 Knife Used to slice vegetables.
  • 1 Cutting Board Used for preparation.
  • 1 Measuring Spoons Used for sauces and seasoning.
  • 2 Serving Bowls Used to assemble and serve.

Method
 

  1. Season warm rice with vinegar mixture.
  2. Mix tuna with spicy mayo sauce.
  3. Prepare vegetables and toppings.
  4. Add rice to bowls.
  5. Top with spicy tuna and vegetables.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately.
