- Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
- Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
- In a small bowl combine cold milk, heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and powdered sugar.
- Froth the mixture for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and fluffy.
- Slowly pour the strawberry cold foam over the iced coffee using the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle extra strawberry syrup over the top.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Very cold milk and cream create the thickest café-style foam. Always serve immediately for the best layered look and texture.
