Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml cold brew coffee or strong iced coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • 60 ml cold whole milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup or strawberry puree
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Extra strawberry syrup for drizzle

Equipment

  • 1 Tall Glass For serving the iced coffee
  • 1 Handheld Milk Frother For making thick cold foam
  • 1 Small Bowl or Jar For frothing ingredients
  • 1 Measuring Spoons For syrup and sugar
  • 1 Reusable Straw For serving

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
  2. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  3. In a small bowl combine cold milk, heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and powdered sugar.
  4. Froth the mixture for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and fluffy.
  5. Slowly pour the strawberry cold foam over the iced coffee using the back of a spoon.
  6. Drizzle extra strawberry syrup over the top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

Very cold milk and cream create the thickest café-style foam. Always serve immediately for the best layered look and texture.
